James Harrison is an Emergency Medicine Consultant and has worked in the NHS for 17 years with a record of leading clinical, operational and governance improvements at a specialty and Trust level. He is currently an Associate Medical Director in London.

James strongly believes that as clinicians we must become empowered stewards of the resource allocated to improve the health outcomes of our population. This means a commitment to improving the outcomes that matter to patients, delivering efficiency in clinical pathways and ensuring equality of access for all.

Mr Steve Liggins

Clinical Director OMFs

Mr Liggins is the Clinical Director for KPI:Health OMFS . He holds an honours degree in Biochemistry and is a Consultant surgeon with over 35 years of experience as a clinician and clinical lead.

He began his career at the Royal Navy in 1984 achieving the rank of Surgeon.

Commander before retiring from the Royal Navy to take up a Senior Consultant post at the Queen Elizabeth hospital University of Birmingham. Since leaving military service he has worked as a visiting Consultant Surgeon at both private and NHS hospitals in the UK and abroad. He is a surgical trainer for surgeons in training.

Mr Liggins has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and this led him to start his own independent surgical and cosmetic practice in 1997 where he specialised in facial plastic surgery and hair restoration. He continues to be actively involved in this endeavour.

Dr Konstantinos Karavidas

Clinical Director of Surgery

Kostas is a Head and Neck-Maxillofacial/Robotic Surgeon with a subspecialty interest in Facial Plastic Reconstruction as well as in Minimally Invasive Surgery for Obstructive Salivary Gland Disease. He is a Core Member of the Head and Neck Multidisciplinary Meeting for Bedfordshire and East and North Herts Trusts.

He has been appointed as the Clinical Effectiveness Lead for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics at East and North Herts Trust at the beginning of the Covid pandemic.
His passion is to deliver the best outcome for patients by Getting It Right The First Time(GIRFT) and maximise the effectiveness of any clinical setting.

Since partnering with KPI:Health, Kostas has led the delivery and team building across multiple OMFS services, acting as both an ambassador for our clinical teams and subject matter expert.

Adam has led Healthcare recruitment teams while delivering solutions to NHS trusts for over 15 years. Most recently working as a leader within the Ophthalmology space.

Adam has an extensive network of specialist Consultants who are able to both develop and deliver clinical or theatre services across most sub specialties. With a keen eye on detail, our clients can be assured of effective service planning and delivery.
