KPI:Health Supports University Hospital To Enhance Sleep and NIV Services

Overview

In October 2023, KPI:Health began collaborating with a University Hospital in the South of England to address key performance challenges within their Sleep and NIV services.

Over the past year, we’ve been proud to support the hospital’s journey toward operational improvement through tailored insourcing solutions.

From the outset, our team engaged closely with the hospital’s leadership to understand the specific complexities of their service pathways and goals. This allowed us to develop a targeted strategy that aligned with their unique needs, ensuring the swift resolution of issues related to service delays and capacity challenges.

During our initial engagement, we identified a missing skill mix within the team that was acting as a barrier to optimal service delivery. In response, we sourced a new workforce type that enabled the hospital to maintain seamless and high-quality service.

By leveraging our extensive network of healthcare professionals, we were able to provide the hospital with a reliable workforce that met both its short-term requirements and long-term performance goals.

Our operations team worked diligently to ensure that every request was addressed swiftly, with communication remaining open and responsive throughout the process. This attention to detail helped maintain an uninterrupted service flow, even during periods of high demand.
