Client Partnership Director
Julian Dias

I’m a resilient, people-focused, and passionate healthcare leader with over 10 years of experience in both secondary and primary care. My career began as a Therapeutic Radiographer, where I quickly developed an interest in improving performance and productivity without compromising patient care. I’ve held various operational management roles across A&E and Internal Medicine (Respiratory, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology) at Milton Keynes University Hospital, and served as Senior Operational Manager at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, overseeing Respiratory, Oncology, Haematology, and Palliative Medicine.
A career highlight was leading teams through the challenges of COVID-19, redesigning patient pathways to ensure continued service delivery during an unprecedented crisis. In addition to my secondary care experience, I also worked as a Primary Care Commissioner at the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board, focusing on Mental Health services and managing commissioning cycles for GP providers. I further honed my operational and strategic skills by completing an MBA at the University of East Anglia.
After a decade in NHS management roles, I joined KPI as Client Partnership Director, where I am excited to apply my experience and continue to grow in a new and dynamic setting. Throughout my career, I have been committed to driving improvement, empowering teams, and transforming healthcare delivery for both patients and providers.
