History

Concept
We spent our first year consulting clinical experts, researching & developing our innovative insourcing service offering.
Year 1
KPI:Health officially launched in April 2021 before delivering our first insource programme and winning a place on the National Frameworks.
Year 2
Expansion from surgery focus to include Medicine, Pathology and Children & Community Services. After only 18 months we had delivered care to over 60,000 patients.
Year 3
We continued to develop our service offering, delivering direct care across 16 clinical services. We surpassed 150,000 patients and were awarded a place on 5th National Frameworks.
Year 4
Secured our first multi-year programme directly running a full NHS Trusts service via a 7-day delivery programme. Hit 300,000 patients in May 2024 and launched KPI:Access.
